Membership Form

Members shall consist of independent retail book dealers in used, fine, and rare books, and related materials, and other professionals and crafts people connected with the book trade in Oregon & Washington, who provide a variety of personalized customer services. Members must be an owner/partner/member of a book selling business, or type of business specified in section one that is not a publicly traded corporation.

Those applying for new membership must provide, with their application, a valid resale license, business registration number, City, County, State and/or Federal document that is required to conduct business in the Pacific Northwest, or, a link to an active online book selling venue (or other documentation of an existing business as specified in paragraph 1).

    By clicking the submit button below, you affirm that you are the person identified in the contact information section above, and, further, that the information entered in this form is true and accurate. Clicking the submit button below does not constitute an acceptance of your membership application by CBA. Your application will be reviewed by our membership committee and you will be notified about the status of your CBA membership. All members must agree and abide by the Code of Ethics for the Cascade Booksellers Association. Even after your membership application has been approved, your CBA membership will not be official and you will not be entitled to membership benefits until after your yearly dues have been paid.
